Yesterday I was grabbing some groceries for my friend and the security guard at the place always pissed me off. So I walked by and he called me a sand******
so I spit in his face. He started it and I got 3 months on probation. Does anyone else think thats total bullshit?

It works like this: Words don't hurt nobody. They're not "physical." Spitting in someone's face? That's physical. Would've been better if you just came up with a better verbal assault.
